Leadership Development Program
Where will your career take you? If you will be graduating with your MBA, consider the Brunswick Leadership Development Program (LDP). We created this program to provide an exciting and challenging entry point into general management. Brunswick’s 2-year Leadership Development Program (LDP) puts you in the position to make immediate contributions while working side-by-side with executive leaders. Our program is intentionally designed as an unstructured rotation for students with the goal of developing you into a strong leader for our rapidly growing businesses. Full-time and Summer Internships available.
Financial Leadership Development Program
If you are graduating with a Finance or an Accounting degree, consider the Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP). This two-year rotational program suits driven, high performing individuals who are looking to challenge themselves while developing critical finance and leadership skills. If you have the desire to learn, enhance your communication skills, and sharpen your business acumen, we want to hear from you.
